The formwork system is made up of plywood, timber beam and steel waling. Fix plywood with timber beam by tapping screws, connect timber beam with steel waling by flange clamp. It’s easy to assembly, disassembly and adjust on site. It is light in weight(60 Kg/m2) and convenient for construction and transportation. The construction is also very friendly to environment. The plywood has perfect performance which has good air permeability and water absorbility. The finished concrete surface is clean and smooth. The plywood can be reused more  times.

 

The formwork can be assembled different size according to the design. It’s easy to adjust in height and wide. The adjustable column formwork can be suitable for different size column in certain range.

 

Adjust the formwork to different arc use adjustable system and flexility of plywood. It’s suitable for arc wall, column and nose circle pier those diameter is more than 2m.

                  

The formwork can be designed and made into other shapes according to the structure drawings.
