The power of the Auto-climbing Formwork is the hydraulic system, which includes the oil cylinder and two inverting boxes. The inverting boxes can control the climbing of climbing rail and the bracket. The rail and the bracket can inter-climbing, so the whole system will climb up steadily. Cranes are not needed during the construction. It’s easy to operate, highly efficient and safe. It’s the best choice for the construction of high pier, pylon and buildings and so on.
There are mainly two types of standard auto-climbing systems, light and heavy type. Normal pouring height is 4.5m and 6m. We can design and produce other special system according to special requirement.
lThe formwork system can climb vertically or inclined.
lThe formwork and upper bracket can be removed backward 650mm which will be convenient for work. The maximum pouring height is 6m.
lThe formwork system can climb integrally or separately. The climbing process is steady, synchronous and safe.
lThe formwork will not dismantle to the ground until the construction finished, the field will be saved and the impacting breakage will be greatly reduces, especially for the plywood.
lThe system will furnish all-round platform and protection screen, easily install and safe operating.
lThe error of structure construction is small and easy to correct in every pouring.
lThe formwork can climb itself and the cleaning work can be done in situ. The using of tower crane will be greatly reduced.
